I guess i should reword my add. i am looking to sell shed antlers and looking for a buyer. Thanks to all that replied .

no you can sell and even buy them as long as your not reselling them commercially.

Yes! As directed by Section 18 of Manitoba Regulation 53/2007
A resident does not require a permit or licence to possess, sell, trade or export shed antlers from any deer, elk or moose, if the shed antlers have
been personally collected by the resident from the location where the antlers were shed.
The kicker here is that anyone "buying" sheds needs to be licenced as a dealer or taxidermist. |
